3.2 — Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. When requesting a withdrawal, the player must —
- Withdraw only to the same bank account or wallet used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals are allowed only after the deposit has been confirmed.
- Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
3.3 — Payment Verification
a999 may request a player's National Registration Card (NRC) or relevant documentation when processing payments if necessary. If verification is refused, the withdrawal may be put on hold.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
a999 offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit (up to 100,000 Ks). To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
Example 2 — Deposit 120,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 220,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.
4.2 — Bonus Restrictions
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
- Bonuses obtained through third-party payment services may be subject to fraud checks.
- a999 reserves the right to change promotion details without prior notice.
Fair Play and Betting Limits
5.1 — Fair Play
All games at a999 are free from unfair practices and operate on a fair play system. Players are warned that any attempt to deliberately exploit the game system, use software to run accounts automatically (bots), or engage in collusion will result in account closure.
5.2 — Betting Limits
a999 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits per round based on game type and account level. These limits will be shown within the games, and any winnings from bets exceeding the limit will be adjusted accordingly.
VIP Levels and Weekly Cashback
The a999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Tier upgrades are determined by a999 based on each player's activity and loyalty. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Cashback will be credited on the VIP tier settlement day. Cashback is not available during periods with no deposits.
Prohibited Activities
Players are not permitted to do any of the following on the a999 platform —
- Creating and using a false identity instead of your real personal information
- Sharing the same account with different individuals
- Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial transactions
- Using bot software, VPN masking, or computer programs to exploit games
- Colluding with other players in a way that causes harm to a999
- Threatening staff or players, or engaging in any form of misconduct
If such behaviour is detected, a999 has the right to immediately close the account and take the relevant actions.
